- What is your mode of payment?

You can choose to pay by Payee Account Cheque/ Pay Orders/IMPS/ D.D/ RTGS/ NEFT only in favour of ‘WEEKENDER HOLIDAYS’ Cash will be accepted only under special circumstances & that too only in the office against official receipt. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since we are not bound to issue documents till the cheques are en-cashed. Even if the documents are delivered, the same would not be honoured in case the cheques are not en-cashed. This would save you from inconvenience of making payments by RTGS/ NEFT/ Pay Order/ D.D. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs.1500/-.
NO CASH DEPOSIT IN ANY BANK: In case of cash payment only 1.99 Lakhs is permitted and rest of the payment must be paid through Debit/Credit Card and must be with PAN card. Any deposit exceeding the above limit under one PAN even in our bank account will be retained by "M/s WEEKENDER HOLIDAYS"
If payment is done through credit card additional bank charges of 2.5% will apply.
NOTE: USD 30 per bank transaction for Wire Transfer / TT per transaction add extra.
NOTE: Paypal Transaction fee applicable + fixed fee based on the currency + 0.30 USD
Rates/itineraries/payment terms as per present RBI regulations and are subject to change without any prior notice. The rate of exchange prevailing on the day of final payment will apply.
- Where can I find the travel Document?
Your Comprehensive Travel Document holds all the key information such as your Flights, Hotels, Sightseeing, Transportation, Visa. The travel doc is shared to the customer only on 100% payment of all your trip billing amount within stipulated time. The travel document including all your schedules, Reservation & sightseeing, Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via Email. Vouchers are normally delivered 3-10 days before the actual Travel. The final travel document and inclusions are all non-transferable, non-alterable. Kindly keep 2 printouts of the your travel document with you throughout your trip.
- What is your refund/ cancellation Policy?

Once refund is approved refund will be initiated within 60 working days for Flights and for Land Arrangement as per TAT given by Supplier.
As a standard practice :
- a. No retention will be charged if cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
- b. 50% retention will be charged if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
- c. Full retention will be charged if cancellation is received 20 days prior to the date of arrival.
Refund approval / Cancellation fee / Refund amount may vary subject to the Supplier's Cancellation / Refund Policy.
- What documents are required for travel?

For Any trip bookings, you require:
- Passport copy and of a Valid passport with min. 06 Months validity from the date of travel.
- PAN Card copy
for the purpose of remittance.
In case of payment with an International Credit card, the credit card holder should be one of the passengers traveling in the group and the physical credit card will be required at the time of check-in.
Kindly keep 2 printouts of the your WH Travel Document with you throughout your trip.

- What is My tax liability to the Govt as a foreign Traveler?

In the Union Budget 2020 it is proposed to widen the provisions for levy of TCS (Tax Collected at Source). The foreign tour operator will be liable to collect tax (TCS) u/s 206C (1G) from the passenger of such tour package @5% (@10% if PAN/Aadhar of passenger is not available) over and above the cost of his tour package. “Overseas tour program package” is proposed to be defined to mean any tour package which offers visit to a country or countries or territory or territories outside India and includes expenses for travel or hotel stay or boarding or lodging or any other expense of similar nature or in relation thereto. This section will be applicable from 1st April 2020.
